• Ron Hoevet represented a target in the Capital Consultants scandal.
• In 1994, Ron Hoevet and Whitney Boise defended Jeff Gillooly on racketeering charges arising from the 1994 pre-Olympic assault on figure skater Nancy Kerrigan.
